Thai traditional massage
For a flexible body and better energy flow, This massage includes elements from Chinese acupressure and Indian yoga, combined with Thai techniques (Thai yoga massage )
Thai massage is based on the so-called “Sen PraThan Sib”. This Thai term means "10 primary energy pathways".
These SEN jobs or SEN lines are the basis of the traditional Thai massage. Although this “job network” or “energy pathway system” is less well known in the West than the blood vessel, digestive or lymphatic systems, it is no less important.
After all, many physical and emotional problems arise from blocked energy pathways, which in turn are the result of an excess of stress, poor or unstable posture or a stressful lifestyle (one-sided diet, irregular night's sleep, etc.).
Appropriate massage techniques at certain of these SEN points along these energy pathways ensure good blood circulation and waste products are removed via the lymphatic system.
