In foot reflexology sessions we exert a dosed pressure on the reflex zones in the feet with thumb and fingers, which activates a reflex that stimulates organs and/or glands, so that blockages are released and the circulation improves. As a result, the subsequent massage with aromatic oil has an extra relaxing and intense effect.

The Chiang Mai massage package includes the following :

• Introductory conversation about the package and inquiring about your specific points of   interest
• Foot wash with aromatic towels and pedicure classic treatment (30 min)
• Scrub of feet and Thai foot massage (15 min or 30 min)
